Super Victor vs Vic Jr for 370ci twin turbo GTO
#3
What about between the Vic Jr and the Pro-Flo XT?
"The Pro-Flo XT LS1 EFI intake manifold is engineered with a large plenum and tapered runners to deliver maximum horsepower and broad torque band throughout the rpm range (1500-7000 rpm). Features include a 90mm throttle bore opening and 2.75" port exit height. This manifold produced 30 more horsepower over a stock LS6 manifold at 6500 rpm."

Vic jr. shows a higher operating range than the Super Vic.
3500-7500 JR. vs. 2500-6500 Super.
Fireball, why the vote for Super?
The larger plenum/longer runner better with FI?
What about top end operating range?
Seems like Super would start choking up high?
Just trying to understand-

I was saying jr. b/c of the higher operating range that the OP is wanting to spin to.
Didn't realize the Super could be had at the 8500 range.... and couldn't find a Super(LS based)that shows 3500-8500?
Where it be?

Larger plenum volume for better air distribution, longer runners... and the fact that it was designed for EFI and isnt just a converted carb manifold.
Not bashing the carb manifolds because we know they work, but the pro flo should have similar performance to a Fast or sheet metal intake.

Did a little digging the there is no way this will work on a GTO without it being a big hassle. Super Victor here I come. I emailed Aaron at intakeelbows.com about doing a low profile elbow to fit under my hood.
Thread where they tried the Pro Flo XT on a GTO.
