LS7 w/11.5:1 Can I add a Procharger?
I built a LS7 and planned on going N/A. I have since changed my mind and would like to add a supercharger. Can I run low boost like 4.5# like the base kit?

We ran into a very similar situation where we had a customer who had us build him an engine for N/A, then he had us install an APS twin turbo kit the next year. Here is a link to it. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=39
Give me a call at 260 244-4808 for a great price on an ATI ProCharger.
Thanks. Bob

Yes you can add a ProCharger to your combination, and as long as you don't go crazy with the boost you shouldn't have any problems. A centrifical supercharger such as a ProCharger doesn't require the compression ratio to be as low as a positive displacement supercharger does.

i was going to recommend new heads with bigger cc combustion chamber but the ls7 comes with 70cc chambers from the factory.
does anybody make heads for the ls7 with bigger combustion chambers then stock ?
at 11.5:1 cr there is not really much room for error with FI, thats why i have 8.6:1

I would get a blower setup that would have the ability to feed the 427 if you decide later down the road that you want to crank up the boost, i.e. lower compression, race fuel, e85 etc.. Until then just run larger pulleys to keep the boost in check.
