what size water lines are you guys using for air to water intercoolers making over 1000 hp at the rear wheels?

What size fitting are on your intercooler? -20 seems about right to me. My chiseled performance IC gets here today (3K HP model) and has 1-1/4" NPT fittings on it so I think i will use 1-1/4" tubing on it, or -20 AN.

Whatever size bung comes with your intercooler is the size you need to use. To not go down in size. The cooler will not work to its full potential.
