What are you going to do for your fuel setup...dual pumps, keep stock lines or go braided?

Use the old inlet as a return, run dual in tank pumps, and run a new line for the inlet. Or maybe all new lines....I dont know I havnt really evaluated that yet.

Fuel system started. Dual in-tank Walbo 255's. Main feed line will be a -10.
Hole cut to access the tank. The plastic bucket was modified quite a bit. Lots of plastic removed on the inside. Old fuel outlet shaved off...etc. I wanted to use a Y fitting instead of the tee, but the sticky up on top said MM got it from home depot.... I couldnt find one anywhere, and space was tight. Oh well it should work.

Are you using stock plug in to power pumps? i know you will probably use the hot wire kit, but I don't think the stock plug can handle the load of 2 pumps for long.

NICE job !

Love the video (complete with comments) , watched it twice! Looked like the Mitsu eclitz had a flameout early on.

That's my winter project for my Volvo right there yessiree.

Can't beat that whistle sound.

Tuning it yourself? HP or EFIlive?

Very neat work.

I havnt got to wiring yet, but i'll drill a small hole and use a grommet and run each pump to its own new wire from a new relay.

Update - Hopefully I'll have it running this weekend. After that all I have to do is order the parts and make a torque arm for it....and exhaust...no biggie.
Fuel system is done, added a farm and fleet fuel filter. (ignore where the receipt says "hydraulic filter" farm and fleet are idiots, it is for fuel). Fuel pumps all wired. Just a few more things to button up.

Figure i'd post the receipt so people can see the cost of it. I have had the same setup on my other car (Nova) for 8-9 years with an A1000 pump and has never failed me. Great low cost filter setup. And I can go get a new spin on filter right at the store.

3.5" exhaust stepped up to 4". Still need the rest of the exhaust made.

Looks real nice. I love the fuel filter setup. I was also wondering how much -10 it took to get you from the rear of the car up to the front?

I bought exactly 15 feet, didnt shorten it at all except for the 8 inches for the fuel filter.

Car runs now, been working on the suspension and exhaust. Made a chromoly TQ arm for it. Also I posted awhile ago looking if anyone made a grill. No luck so I started making my own. Gave up for tonight though.

Stuff fabbed and tacked in place.

Finished and powder coated.

Grill to cover up the gaping hole in front. fins will be angled down slightly so you cant see the intercooler from the front of the car. And powdercoated flat black.

damn rain.
