~update.
Car is done and finished and took out for a test drive and busted the power steering pulley off and put a hole in the reservoir. The car runs good though . I didnt have time to make a decent video of it driving and burning out. I do have a video of a quick once over and an exhaust sound. Im waiting on parts again, pulley and reservoir. The exhaust is a 3.5" downpipe to a 4" bullet and then to a 3.5" single all the way over the axle to a 3.5" flowmaster race muffler.
I had stepped the exhaust up to 4" and then some dude scammed me on the exhaust I bought, said it was 4" but was really 3.5... oh well, its pretty much as loud revving it up as it is idling.. Its quiet.
Better video soon to come.

They are, they wont crack or break. Schedule 10 SS 304 2" pipe elbows. And for the WG I used 1.5" .

Its now road worthy. My advice....DO NOT buy a flowmaster muffler, even the race mufflers. I got a deal on it used and it came with the whole cat back 3.5" so I tried it....FAIL. Sounded like loud ripping paper under full throttle boost. I sawed it off and put a 3.5" dynomax ultraflo oval on...
Sorry for the short road test videos, but theres a golf course near and its the only good road so only a few passes and then get the F' out of dodge

Thanks... I been trying to figure out why when this setup was in my Nova it blew the street tires off at 60mph in a 4-link car.. and now this has been having trouble in 2nd gear and just felt weak and slow. I hadnt touched the PCM, took it right out of the Nova and put in here. I logged it tonight, no wideband though. It had been pulling 4* out from KR all the time under boost. Initially set at 19*. I dont know if it goes over to the low octane table after awhile or what, thats initially set at 12*. If thats the case it had been running at 8* timing...lol. Weak. I played around w/ the timing a little, copied the high to the low. Its back to not hooking up under 60-65mph anymore and has no KR and timing set at 21*
Those videos are weak....lol. I'm taking it to the track sunday, i'll get some new videos there.

Ya its alot of timming! I had mine up there for a while also, but got a little worried! Our really low compression allows us to run alot of timing though!!!!

I am gonna see if the shop will give me a discount so i can make more than 3 runs for $100, then i can figure out what timing i make the most power!

You had yours tuned by a shop didn't you? Cuz if they had it at 19* i bet we will see litte to no gain going above the 19*......

Ill try to figure out for you!

Ill be extremely happy to put down 500hp with the way the tranny is acting up.... and the wrong gears/stall, lol....

I tuned mine myself 3 years ago. I never messed with the timing much because it ran fine and I was skeptical on how long it would live. My lap top died last night so I could only log like 1/2 of a run...but didnt see any KR then. I'll try it again tonight if the rain goes away and see if I get any KR. Im debating on hooking the spray up for the track sunday.

Just an extra one I had at the time. Seems to work good. Nova weighed 3660 and went 10.3x @ 131 w/ 1.55 60ft. with 29.5" tires and 3.50 gears.
I was just shifting into 3rd a few hundred feet before the finish line. Shift at about 6500.

TA im guessing is real close in weight. But has 28" tires & 3.70 gears. and the only difference to the engine setup is the remade turbo piping. It now has truck manifolds and a smaller intake plenum to fit under the hood. It spools up noticably sooner.

Took it to the track today. No one to video so theres no video. Kind of an easy pass, didnt spool it up off the line and then broke something. It as an inconsistent knock, guessing the converter finally imploded or a rod knock....kinda leaning towards rod. Still made it through the traps and then drove it on the trailer...and still runs smooth. Oh well....one more reason to make it more better for next year.
60' ..... 1.83
330' ..... 4.626
1/8 ..... 6.982
MPH.....104.26
1000'.....9.023
1/4.......10.764
MPH.....128.71
