Will grind the welds down tonight, coat and wrap it.

Not too bad welding, nothing a grinder won't handle, but it did take about 2 hours to cut all the bends, funning thing is I cut all the bends with a reciprocating saw with no tape measure!!

4" Dump next to tranny, will be attaching a 4" pipe and run it to the axle with a bullet muffler and dump.

Finished painting all the cold pipes, wrapping hot pipes and almost done with down pipe (waiting on v-band clamp). Re-routed the power steering lines, grinded all the welds, finished radiator mount, installed TR6's, tapped and installed boost guage, connectors injector harness.

Looks good. Only thing i would suggest is throw a vband on the merge. Makes putting it on and off a hell of alot easier. I seem to like to take my car apart a lot though.

Good luck, Chris

not worried about overheating with the stock radiator stood straight up, I thought it wasn't made to do that and water would not stay in it long enough to cool? You will have to keep us posted on how it does.
