of course that comes out after i spent hours trying to find a starter that i could clock like that, i ended up getting a CVR for 239 and im hoping it lasts

damn that's sick! wonder how much lighter it is....yes i'm actually trying to find any and all extra weight to ditch

I'd like to know that too! I was about to buy the APS starter but when i asked they say it requires an adaptor plate that they want to charge $161 plus shipping for. Add that to the $260 starter and its a bit much....

The msd requires some adapter to fit the ls1 f bodies? That better not be true. i haven't even looked at the instructions yet though. I figued if it helped with the bigger aps turbos would be good idea since hope to go to LG ones. As said to me it looks shorter than stock but not much smaller otherwise but never measure them or weighed them.The msd don't look that light though either.

yes they do. and ift is about 150 dollars for adapter.

and
2000 ss they are not released yet. tci said in a month

So where is this adapter mentioned? I will look at instructions now I guess.
Looked at instructions...no mention of any adapter. So does someone have more info or pics of this adapter? are you sure its required? Or was it required just for the aps extreme kit????

phoned msd tech support and they know nothing about adapter for the msd 5096 said it should be plug and play.so repeat what adapter?
