Default D1SC same impeller as F1A

I know the difference mainly between the two blowers, and they are basically the same physical size.

But do they share the same impeller?
I know the D1SC has a curved blade compared to the P1SC, but I am thinking the D1SC and F1A share the same impeller?

Nope the F1A has a more aggressive impellar blade.

F1-A:

D1-SC

Pay no attention to the outlet position, the D1 isn't fbody specific (the lip around the impeller on mine for example doesn't stick out that much) but there is a comparo.

These are a few pics I snapped when I was re-clocking the two blowers. It shows the difference in impellars.

F1

D1SC

Great shots. I wonder if there is a way to convert to a F1A from a D1-SC?

everything about the 2 blowers are differant, the impeller the step up ratio, the housing, everything. the housing on a F1A is prety close to double the depth of a P1SC/D1SC (which share the same housing and step up ratio)

Hmmm, I talked to Bob at EPP and he said they were basically the same size with the F1A being "slightly larger" in fact the brackets for the P1/D1 the F1A will fit as well.

Judging by the above pic, yes the impellars are different.
