Stock cam? If you want an upgrade, I'd just run the PAC1218:

We really need to know more about the combo! What head is it (or more importantly what valve in the heads)? What are the cam specs?

I plan to run patriot gold duals. But I'm also going to be cammed with a 588/595 lift.

The motor is completely stock. Stock heads/cam I do have a set of 317 heads/ls6 cam that I plan on adding over winter.

So which spring will work for my current setup, and will also work with the future setup 317 heads/ls6 cam?

Duals of any sort would be overkill on a stock or LS6 cam. PAC 1218 or equivalent would be my recommendation. You could use LS6 springs for a cheaper alternative, but I personally would go with the PAC1218 or Comp 918. Any of them will use your stock retainers and locks.

So these (PAC1218) will be perfectly fine with 6-8psi of boost? If so I will be ordering them shortly.

In my opinion, I don't see why that boost level would be a problem at all.
