Default A2W 1 1/4" fittings and Hose?

I have all the Chieseled performance A2W stuff which has all 1 1/4" NTP bungs on it. I'm not reducing it like some do and I'm not spending a small fortune to do -20 AN stuff so just wondering what kind of fittings and hose everybody is using and where they are finding it at? I tried the usual google stuff but it seems kinda scarse for that size.

Thanks!

Why not neck it down to 1"? Most pumps are 1" right? I thought I remember seeing that on their website but I could be wrong. Lots of big HP guys run 1" goods.

Chiseled says no necking down, they made it that size for a reason. They do sell them in 1" also, but they're the experts, i don't know anything about them except their function...

BTW, my pumps 1 1/4" in/out 61 GPM...

I went down to the local hardware stores and 1" seems to be as big as they go . But I am looking for the same stuff you used, nice and cheap.

Does your IC have -20 ends? I know chiseled only does NTP so you have options to do the cheaper plastic or brass barbed ends..

Also, Chiseled told me most marine stores carry what were looking for as well.

One option is we could cut off the -20 fittings and weld on 2 aluminum u-bends with bead rolled ends.

I have a A2W and it came with the hoses and everything. But when I sliced on cutting my front bumper I replaced it with the clear (with red stripped) hose from lowe's it works perfectly no leaks. But I will have to look at the site that you got yours from to see exactly what you are talking about because I use I think it was 2 3/8 npt 90 degrees for mine. I will get picts up at some time tomorrow or sat

To expand on my post, I am using, 1.25" Nylon hose barbs to 1.25" NPT from Tractor Supply with goodyear Spiraflex 1600 hose from MSC.com. The hose is lightweight and will not kink in tight bends. I couldn't find a 1.25" Y block so I made a trip to home depot and found some 1.25" closet orgainzer tubing and stripped the powdercoating and tig'd up some Y blocks. You want to make sure you get water across the entire core, not some one inlet at the top and one outlet at the bottom BS. I have less than $40 in the whole setup.
