Default Any manifolds that allow factory location of Alt. On LS2??

Im going to be getting everything started as far as ordering parts for my LS2 350z turbo build and was wondering if there were any manifolds ie: truck? C6? that allow you to keep the alternator in the factory location(under the PS pump). I don't have A/C becuase I plan on running the DP somewhere over there....any suggestions?

if you are able to run the truck manifolds forward and upward, then you will be able to keep the alternater in its stock location.

It would really depend on the framerails and such. In a f-body there is not a manifold I have seen that will work there.

You can use fbody, truck, or vette and just point the manafolds the stock way where the point the pipe rearward then curve the pipe around to the front again or just make a custom header.
Any reason you can't relocate the alt?

No room up in that corner cuz of the strut bar.

I just bid on a set of LS3 C6 manifolds....they look like they should work perfectly for my setup. Hopefully ill have enough room on the passenger side to fit a 4" DP.

the GXP manifold is low and sleek. and also the escalade manifolds, there is a GTO build over on LS1gto that is using escalade manifolds upside down and forward. they seem to be pretty low profile. atleast under the low hood of the 04 gto. hope this helps

yeah the c6 headers seem to be the best bet...they are very short and close to the block. I cant use the truck manifolds because they stick too far out.

escalade manifolds are the same as the truck manifolds.
