Default What intake????

I have a TT 398 camaro I just bought. The car isn't finished and it currently has the stock intake and throttlebody.....Not going to work for me. The car will be producing around 800-900 hp hopefully. I was thinking about a FAST 92/92 set up? I was also thinking of something like a gmpp carbed intake with an elbow. What are you guys running and what do you think. Thanks for the input.

Like he said....

If I was going to spend money on an intake set-up I would go Carb Style with an Elbow

I sold my Fast 92/92 for a GMPP carb. Mostly for the looks for me... but the performance difference, I think fast would have had a SLIGHT advantage. At least from the tests Ive seen.

I run a Super Victor with an elbow.
I think hood clearance will be a definite factor in intake selection.
Are you willing to cut the cowl and trim on the hood a bit?

I say Vic. Jr and an custom elbow. Can be had for less than the FAST setup and will flow better. Mine fits with no cutting of the cowl.

I like the plenum area in a super vic vs a vic jr, but there is still some distribution issues with an elbow...

Distribution of what? The injectors are spraying the fuel in the intake port? The air moves at the same speed pressurized....all runners will have the same pressure/flow at the same time...

Am I missing something? Distribution of?? Not being a smart *** just don't know what you are referring to.
