The double oring should work fine in a LSX block. The only blocks I have had problems with is the stock iron or stock LS2. I have not had enough experiance with the Warhawk, but my guess would be it should work.

i know that you're going to say that both a LSM 7075-T6 billet and Dart 6061-T6 billet machined blocks will be just fine,

but what about something case like a warhawk? or LSX?

in other words, instead of the o-ring in either the head or the block, it would be in both? but with an aftermarket block?

thanks for the time

You think if you run the double oring setup and run the innermost oring in the head and then the outer ring in the block is a good setup?

Would this resolve the issues you find in the surface cracking?

I canīt remember the cost , but the machining to the block was for the price as a "regular" o-ringing of the block.
The steelrings for the block were supplied by Trollspeed in Sweden when i put my engine together 2.5 years ago.
Obviously many has done this a long time before me.

Sorry for the "euro ideas" , "scandinavian talk" I just thought i would share.

The double oring would compound the issue as the force on the sleeve column goes up. If you do that set up on a stock iron or aluminum block the results will be a cracked block on the LS design.
