Im using the original tb that came on the car actually. I sanded the lip off the front edge and epoxy filled it

so "mightymouse" in your opinion you dont think switching to a victor jr and ad elbow helps sc applications, Other than looking better? I have been getting mixed answeres about this both here on tech and with mylocal tuner.

i dont think it works better OR looks better, and its certainly not lighter or cheaper than ls6

and im talking applications under say 1200hp

mildly ported ls2 here .... been to 22psi and 160 mph @3350lbs on a 275 drag radial. Works pretty good if you ask me???

will be an eld proflow for me but wont have any numbers for a few months but it did preety good on my NA motor so im excited to see how it handles boost

So it look like the general concensus on this is that for a boosted application of 1000 hp or less there is no reason to switch from an LS6 especially if you already own one correct? I will be starting my turbo build before long and I already have an LS6 so I think I will stick with it.
