2nd stock longblock into the 9's!

The scales were not turned on during the rental so I don't know the exact weight. I'd guess 3290 with me in it. These things are pretty light from the factory.
Weight reduction:
removed passenger seat
lighter battery
removed amp and sub
small things like floor mats
Of course, the roll bar adds some to it.
Frost and I have monitored this block pretty closely. Had we seen anything that didn't look good, we would have backed off. We also have done this in small increments. I'm sure the 100 octane and meth help quite a bit too. Pretty low numbers on timing as well.
My goal was to do this with the stock drivetrain. Now I wish I had the funds to try some gears for a day. I bet we'd see 9.6 or 9.7s.

congradulations, being in the same league as Chris Stewart's car is impressive. Chris lately has been trying to run 9.99's to keep from getting kicked off the track. Last time he was out he was running 50% throttle from 1000 ft on to stay at 135mph.
