Thanks! I'm not the secret type at all. The cam is the new comp lsr lobe. If memory serves me it's 226/238 598/605 on 114 . I could be slightly off on the lift numbers, but they are right around 600. Geoff at EPS spec'd the cam for me and did a awesome job. I wanted to have some lope and still stay on the moderate side of things. Big cams in a turbo street car are simply not needed IMO.

Well guys, I'm heading to the track this Sat. for some suspension tuning and see how she's going to run! My goal is to try to get the 60ft's in the 1.4s and run in the 9s with my 17" wheels on.

Good luck man! Nice meeting you at Ocean city. Your car is truly beautiful and sounds just as good. 9's shouldn't be hard at all with that setup.

Nice meeting you too! I'm thinking the motor will take it in the 9s, but I'm not sure the tires will let me.

No, nothing fancy. I'm using a Miller welder that is older than me and about the size of a refrigerator! It does have High freq. The stack of dimes is more from working the puddle and adding filler. I'm not much of a welder, but sometimes you can really get in a rythm and get them looking great. Other times you want to throw the piece away!

Outstanding build, very nice high quality work. I have just a couple questions. did you do any boost prep work to your block? what forged crank and rods do you have? What gear you running in the dana?
Keep up the fab work.

Thanks. Track outing went well. Got well into the 9s at only 11psi in complete street trim.

Thanks! . It has Mahle forged flat tops, and Eagle H-beams. I noticed a 6-8psi drop in oil pressure so I cut open the filter and found some gold flakes so I'm building a 402 iron block right now. Should be done next week I hope. I'm running 3.54s in the rear.

I'm thinking of changing the cam when I get the 402 done, If I do It will be up for sale real soon. I haven't made my mind up yet though. Also thinking about just keeping it in there and seeing how it performs first.

where does it peak? you might have a buyer.

btw, just saw the vid. NICE.

that street car MOVES. looks like the front suspension is also set up well to transfer weight. can you tell us some more about the front suspension?

It peaked at 67-6800 if I remember correct. I'm pretty sure I'm leaning toward re-using it in the 402 now.
The front suspension is a Heidts mustang II tubular setup. I just added Qa1 10 way adjustable coilovers. I set them on 90/10 for the track and it seemed to work well. Only thing that kills it off the line is the fact that the converter is too tight.
