Sorry, I don't have any numbers for them. I looked for compressor maps also and couldn't find them online. I can tell you they worked well on my 346 and they work even better on the 402!

hmm, it's hard to tell. My converter was on the tight side with the 346 and with the added torque of the 402 it has loosened up some. By the time the converter flashes it's in boost. I'm very pleased with the combo! When my gopro camera comes in I'll post some video of it.

Your build has inspired me. Building all forged 402, low compression, Precision hp 6265's w/.82 ar. Using 'vette manifolds. Can you tell me more about clearancing for the 4" stroke.

Great looking build! As far as crank clearance, I had to put space down the windage tray and cut that hole in my F body oil pan then weld a plate on the outside. Other than that you just have to verify your pickup isn't too close to the bottom of the pan after you space it down.

Got to run the car at the track today and had a fairly good outing. I'm having some major traction issues. My best 60ft was 1.57! I had to pedal it through most of 1st gear and short shift into second to get it to do anything. But it's not all bad, I still ended up with my best time to date. It went 9.32 @ 152mph! Needless to say I'm pretty excited about that. Boost was set at 15psi so once I get some more seat time and get the traction issue straight, I'll start turning it up.

good numbers. really good.

is it a manual vb th400? if it is, you could launch in 2nd gear. that would help with the traction

no problem. my th400 has an unfriendly 2.75 1st gear, so I ran the combo thru eta for windows and it actually showed the combo going faster launching from second gear.

I would be soooo happy to see an 8 sec pass out of it. Not saying I'm not excited about what it did run. I'm certainly suprised! The best part is I was on the rev limiter at 7200 right around the 1000ft marker. So it looks like a gear change is in my future. They might help with the launch too. I would imagine if I took the full exhaust off and put the side dumps back on it may pick up some too.

Thanks for the kind words everyone!
Frank
