i just think thoso turbos will be sucking up allot of warm air that will be fed threw the rad.
It would have to be a very sharp 90* and then there really isnt anywhere to go from there. Fortunately, the A2W should drop the charge temps well below ambient.

On a good note, we have ignition! We got her fired up tonite and let her idle for a few minutes. Joe should have a start up video up shortly. There is still a bit of work to be done in order to get her road worthy but he wanted to start her up to make sure the wiring is correct before putting the dash back in.

Negative. This is a Formula. He doesn't like the WS6 hoods.

Curious, as to why not ball bearing given the "all out" nature of this build. Some people also seem to think that the ball bearing, water cooled models are more reliable than the journal bearing counterparts.

I was told that the bb option just wasn't worth doing by Jose @ Forced Inductons and later by several other racers that have tried them with and without the bb. I seriously doubt that he wil have any trouble building all the boost that he needs out of the hole. We will see soon enough how it works out. This car is not an all out race car built for class racing where you have to squeeze every last ounce of power within a set of rules. This is an all out street car that will go to test n tunes and the occasional track rental. If he maxes out this setup and still wants to go faster, then he'll just buy bigger turbos.

The setup looks and sounds great!
My only concern is that with the mph you guys are wanting to run(170's),
is that A/W intercooler is going to be to small for making 1400hp! Your intake temps will start out below ambient, but at the end of the run, they will climb significantly. Other than that, so far, I would think everything looks great!
Nice job!

Holy hell that fuel pump is loud, what fuel pump is it? And another question where do the down pipes exit?

It sounds great and looks amazing.

Not sure where he bought the valve covers. He's had those for almost a year now. I'll find out. The ice tank and intercooler pump were sourced and provided by Josh @ KYTP. I'm not sure if Josh fabbed up the front bracket or if he bought it from Burkhart. He will have to chime in on that one.

The A2W intercooler was totally left up to Josh @ KYTP. This is some new design that he came up with but he knew that we intended to make over 1500 hp with this setup. I believe that he was working with the people that make the core. Again, Josh will have the details on this as well.

Oh my god dude, it looks amazing.
Sounds even better.
What other work do you need to do aside from some tuning and loose ends?

There are 2 pumps. I believe that they are an MP-4301 and 4303. The smaller pump was giving us some issues so we were running the bigger pump to fire it up.

Down pipes do not exit yet. They are currently at about where a header collector would be. This was just a fire up to make sure that the BS3 and all the wiring was properly connected. You can see in the video that the dash is still out also. so there is still some work to be done. He has to run all the vacuum and CO2 lines, wire in the AMS1000 controller, figure where to mount the vacuum log and AMS, figure out what to do about exhaust, run the intercooler water lines, and mount the ice/water tank. Pretty much all busy work from here on out. I would think that we can start street tuning by the end of this week and maybe go to the track by next wednesday for some shakedown passes provided he doesn't run into anymore snags.
