Anything is going to make power if you throw enough money at it LOL
The main reasons i stayed away from the STS's when they first came out was the fact that you have to depend on an electrical scavanging pump (with relays) to get the turbo oil back to the engine,,, which can be easly fixed by running a mechanical pump instead .Secoundly,,with all the STS charge piping running under the car,,, you loose the option of running subframe connectors on the one side of your car
