TURBO ALL THE WAY

I had headers when I decided to go turbo. I took my beautiful jet hotted, stepped, kooks and sold them for cheap. Like 600 bux (to a friend). I was sick at first, but now that I'm making over 800 crank I dont regret it at all.

If you plan to make big power i.e.800-1000hp, (because your initial power will only suffice for a little while) as long as your wallet holds up, turbo is the most efficient way to go. PERIOD!

I'm over 800hp daily driven, with twin 57mm and meth. I'm still on stock heads, displacement and cam, with a super conservative tune AFR's 11.5

I'm hardly even spinning my snails, and have more power than I can use on the street.

Is anyone familiar with the Kentucky Turbo Performance (KYTP) products? I was looking that their turbo systems and their reasonably priced and seem like good quality. Thoughts?

Buddy of mine put down right under 800 to the tires on a procharged 6.0 (actually 30 over) Pretty basic setup. 6.0, 317s with some work, vic jr intake with elbow and TB, and 12 lbs. Seems like at 2500 rpms it already has over 500 ft lbs. Seems to me you can still make the big power with the simpler setups.
