You are leaving out alot of details... How much boost do you want to run? What fuel system? How much power do you want to make? You need to say all the details and your goals for people to help

Both with the Virginia Speed double o-ring system. It has pushed a GM LS2 4 bolt block into the 7's, and north of 1700hp.

What size cam? Without the right cam, you wont be maximizing the airflow needed to make the power.

bottom line is i want to go as fast as i can. but i dont want to push it to hard and hurt the motor. if it will only run x time then it only runs x time. with pump gas and meth will i see the "safe" limit? or will meth and race gas get me there? and what type of flywheel hp numbers am i looking at. i know the th400 will eat numbers

Who makes the 83mm turbo? Just curious if they have a compressor map to look at. Its always good plotting the engine airflow requirements on the compressor map and then you can choose a cam based off how the turbo will perform on the engine. You may find alot of power to be had in the upper 6000rpm range with that turbo which would require a larger cam.

$1000, yes still streetable, yes block and heads are required. 1000hp if you have good aftermarket heads.

Yes you can but you run a risk of lifting the heads. Plus if you o ring both the heads and the block you will be able to push it harder

Its going to be about how well you tune it.No one can give you a concrete answer on when they will lift.

If your not looking to change the setup.Get some low boost track times or Dyno #'s(preferably load bearing). So you can get a better ballpark of where the limits might come into play.
