Whats up Sean? I know I know, N2O is good, but I like having my power to run low 11's all the time and that was with the stock LS1 I don't have to worry about my bottle being low or being warmed up for a decent hit.....well most of the time (Its good to have the N2O when its needed )
As for sponsored tuning, I am open to running with your shop, if you are serious. Lets talk. Having the two fastest LS1 F-bodies here in ALB under the same roof/banner would be awesome.
Thanks for the offer,
Jeremy

Frcefed, let me know when you find out what the deal is with the tensioner pulley, I'm either going to e-mail lee or call him to clear it up, I just want to make sure I got all the right "main" parts of the kit to work with to install..........

Lee told me that that the bigger tensioner in the pic above was an off the shelf piece that isn't for the kit, he did let me know that he has a 37inch cog belt but I am still waiting for a response from him to see if he is going to send it. He couldn't get why the 40 inch cog belt didn't fit, by his math calculations it was the belt that was needed. I have it shown in the pics that it was too big I hate math,
*EDIT* 37 inch cog belt is on its way Hopefully it fits

Thanks for all the updates.

So all of the cog pulleys have enough clearance now?

Hi PSJ, Yep everything clears, all I needed was two flat washers on each stand off to get the added clearance. BOS and Dirty both have the ASP 8 rib set ups and had to do this and let me know that it might help. It did, I am glad I have this site to visit and share info, LS1tech is awesome

Bos, it might cut it close, I would even like to try a 35-36inch long since I have so much room on to tension the belt.
ASP rocks for helping with each set back, Says a lot about the company Lee runs. Kept this customer happy

Well back to square one. Lets just say I got the belt today It didn't fit, too small, it's a 37in. So I needed a 38-39in belt, but they only come in 40 and 37in lengths. Seems ATI gave Lee the wrong distance from the center of the crankshaft to the center of the s/c shaft. Lee is going to call me tomorrow with what he finds out.
Who ordered them I know Bos did, anyone else? Anyone who ordered the cog set up list it here.

I guess I will do whatever it takes to get a boosted cog setup, even if it means dropping down a few PSI.........

I just want to have my car running again with no belt slip.......I talked to lee on the phone today, he gave me new sizes we are using for my setup, a 31T blower pulley, and I forgot the measurement on the crank, might of been 74, I will get an update tomorrow..........I will do whatever to get one of those belts to fit.......

Well it looks like 3 of us. Bos and I were shooting for the same boost level. I hope with 3 sets that need to be made, he puts the rush on em. I really want to finish this up. I'm hoping he still can manage the boost level that I want - 15psi. I guess that would take adding teeth to the crank cog and the s/c cog for that to be done. If he can get those made, the bigger belt would work.
I will be hearing from Lee in a while to see what happens.

It will be awesome when it is all straightened out.

Wouldnt it be great if an ATI powered ls1 f-bod was taken to ASP and put a lift so everything could be setup right from the start

with a steel bracket to prevent flexing and the cogs the setup should work REALLY well

That would be awesome, if he wanted to trailor my car down there I'm all for it......

I'm waiting to hear back from Lee as well.......found out that I'm going with a 73T crank and a 31T blower, we might have to change this though do to the fact that the belt didn't fit your setup.........I just don't want to have something sent to me that isn't going to work............

Keep us updated..........

I was talking to Z8's on the phone, and he said that cog belts are all metric? He said he thought there is a ~39 inch belt.

You guys are running 30 or 36mm wide cogs?

Bos,Yep same with me too 73T and a 31T. He said I should have them by next week I'm with you, if Lee wanted to send a transport for my car I would do it in a heart beat, but other than that no dice, I am too broke at this point.

PSJ, We are running 30mm's, I had a local industrial supply center look up the belts and those were the only two available, nothing in between I woulda been down there in a second if they had a ~38 or a ~39. Here are the two belt PN that I have. 9608MGT30 gates powergrip GT2(~37) and a 10408MGT30 Powergrip GT2(~40)
if Z8 knows of any belts between these two, that would be great.
