what seats are those in the car? Nice build BTW.
Do you plan on coating all that piping running over the top of the engine bay?

Memory Fab Kevlar seats. They suck. They are small, and not built for safety. New Racetech seats are in the plans at some point.

Not planning on coating the aluminum.....but might wrap the SS hotside at somepoint with Black tape.

I'm pretty sure that they have to be on the outside of the frame rail or sfc's of a unibody. I know for a fact they cannot be in the tunnel area on any car.

I'll have to re route mine as well. I have them running in the tunnel. I don't see why it matters with having a safety loop installed as well. The ujoints should fail before the driveshaft

I don't get some of the rules either, like your fpr has to be 6" forward of the firewall and a few other odd rules like that. If you don't have nhra tech at the track you run in I wouldn't worry, but if they tech like they are supposed to, save yourself the headache and get a rule book before you build a car so that way you won't get turned away from tech and can't race.

I have a rule book. The rule does make sense.... If the drive shaft comes apart in a way that the loop doesn't help.... Then it could take that line out.

Just giving you a heads up. Car is a work of art, would hate to see it go up in flames because of a misplaced fuel line... in the event that something happens.
