as is not very much. I'm going to cut the bottom plastic piece of the bumper so it will flow. I'm also going to build an air dam to help push air through it.

I mounted the intercooler today then I had to go out of town. I'm going to call in the morning and order the piping for the cold side. Then in 2 weeks I'm prally going to order the turbo headers so I can mount the turbos already. I'm hoping to finish this thing by the end of this year as long as nothing comes up. I got lazy on this thing and had a lot of customer cars come in as well as doing a cam swap and direct port on my camaro.

theres several excellent write-ups, how-tos on the truck site for 80e swap, as well as changing the T-case shaft

bad idea. what end gap did you end up with? i would have much rather seen you use the correct size rings, and if anything looser is better with a turbo motor.

I went with factory specs on the gap. If it doesnt work out i'll rip it apart and make it a 370. I wasnt thinking it was going to take me this long but life happened and I tryed to hurry up getting the engine back together.
