Alright cool. I'll get one of you local guys to pull it for me if swapping the injectors out doesn't work.

When can I grab those bad boys from you? No rush or anything...just whenever you have time.

I can only read your tune and save it to the computer. I cant make any changes to it or rewrite the file into your PCM. I work 12 hours a day until Friday. I have to drop off one of my headers to get an o2 bung welded in it but after that I should be free.

If you have time Friday early evening to come out, I can get your injectors installed and try them out, and then pull them and give them right back at the same time. Shouldn't take long.

Man, you must have been bored today. Looks like you've checked everything 4 or more times now.

The Fed Ex guy brought my big box of goodies today also. I have 4 more wiring harnesses that I don't know what to do with. Time to read more directions.

I've been off sick for the last couple days. Had nothing else to do. I even pulled and rechecked my injectors today to make sure they're seated. No luck there either.

If you have the extra cash get the Greg Banish CD from Summit, it was a HUGE help with tuning for me, plus it has most of the injector setup files you would ever need.

Really?? So the car runs fine OL, in CL, some o2 error causes problem and it's in the TUNE? Idle air trims add up to -7g/sec (shown lb/hr in the log) on his STOCK ENGINE WITH STOCK IDLE AIRFLOW TABLES. He sends me an HPTuners log that was made with a misfire counting cfg that SHOWS MISFIRES in more than one cylinder but you think it's the tune? Weren't you the one that made this log that was sent to me? Did you look at the log at all before you jumped in and said "LOL, yep, in your tune like we said"?

There is mention of exhaust leaks in this thread and then the mention that the car does NOT have issues with the O2s unplugged. You see high 12s at idle and just above in OL because the OEM OL fuel table ASKS for the car to be rich like that. You don't think it's odd that it's fine in OL?

I have triple checked his file. This is not some exotic build, it's a stock engine car with 60's, a pump, headers, and a SC.

Here is screen shot from the log that I was sent that shows the misfires and shows the - air (not fuel) trimming...AFR error is not working because wideband is not logged, that's why it shows 12%:

Wow, you dont need to get butt hurt about it. Hes triple checked vac leaks, spark plugs, o2s and just about every sensor on the car. No I wasnt the one who put up the log file, I didnt even look at it. Im not a tuner and have said several times in here. As you said, its not an exotic build he didnt even take off the intake manifold until we told him to check it for leaks. If o2s have been replaced, plugs have been replaced, 2 diff MAFs were used, what else could it be? We are ruling out fuel tomorrow as Im bringing him a second set of 60s to try out.

No one once said you were a bad tuner Frost, if you are saying you are infallible then show me your brochure and Ill start attending your church because I think I found a new god.

I'm not butt hurt, I'm here looking at you telling him that there is a problem with MY work. Why would you tell him that if you have no idea? That's what I have a problem with because it related to the work that I have done...

For the record, I'm not putting my issues on the tune. I am frustrated because I've looked at everything I know to look at multiple times, but I feel fairly confident that the tune Frost sent me should allow me to do exactly what he said it would...start the car, drive it around, and make 2-4psi safely without going WOT. I have no doubt there is an issue somewhere with something I did, or something that has randomly failed like a coil or something...I'm just pissed and salty because I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Still need me to come out tomorrow evening Q? I gotta pull off my header tonight so I can do my injectors at the same time. Ill bring my stethoscope and HP Tuners so we can do a couple logs. Sounds like Steve has already sent you the config files he wants you to use.

Do you want me to bring my coils over too? May as well rule out everything while were at it.
