I wish it were that easy. I even double checked the plugs and wires again today. Just don't get it.

Maybe an injector you have is bad....? Try swapping back the stock injectors.....might be a pain, but seems like the next step

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Is that reading like it should?

Can I swap the stock injectors back in without changing the tune? Obviously I wouldn't drive it around like that, but would it be safe to even start it?

Fuel pressure reads 62 on the Autometer electric gauge.

I don't think it will even start with stock injectors without changing tune. How is your fuel system set up? Still have stock regulator in tank? Your fuel pressure should be 58 psi....maybe your fuel system has a problem

The fuel system is the stock setup with the exception of the Warlboro 255, Racetronix hotwire kit, and 60lb injectors. From everything I've read on this forum, it's not unusual to push 62-64psi fuel pressure after doing a Warlboro/hotwire install. I mentioned it to Steve @ Frost and he didn't seem concerned with it.

Is there any way to test the injectors, or have them tested? The problem I foresee is putting the stock tune and stock injectors back on there and it running fine...then not knowing if the tune was the problem, or if it was the injectors. Obviously I'd lean toward the injectors, since Steve has gone over this tune numberous times, but I surely hate to spend another $275-$300 on injectors and have the same problems.

The fuel pressure holds steady at 62 psi the entire time while running? Might want to look into getting a new set of 60lb injectors.....not really sure.....but Steve (Frost) got a procharged 408 F1-c car with 80lb injectors to start up and drive around without seeing car......If he says the tune is fine, it's not the tune so don't waste time thinking its the tune......you must have a mechanical problem

I might take you up on that. It'd be an easy way to eliminate the injectors. I hate for you to have to pull yours though.

No worries man, it will take me all of 5 minutes to pull em off. Im pretty sure we have the same exact injector so the tune should be the same for em

Alright, quick question on these injectors. I just pulled my 60s out and compared them with my stockers...the stockers have a brownish-clear plastic ring underneath the O-ring that seats into the manifold, and the 60s don't. Was I supposed to transfer those plastic rings over? Or do the 60s just not come with them?

There should be a set of rings at the top where it goes into the rail and second set in the bottom where it goes into the manifold.

Wait, are you talking about the black rubber O-ring? I have those, but there's a plastic disc at the bottom of the stock injector, underneath the black rubber O-ring. Was I supposed to have that on the 60s?

Haha, as long as you have the o-rings youre fine man. The brown thing is just part of the injector and will change from model to model on them
