760rwhp 777rwtq
My new exhaust is 3.5in downpipe until the trans crossmember where it steps up to 4 inch. From there it goes back to a Magnaflow muffler and mufflex style 4in single tip. The wastegate pipe runs along the downpipe until it steps up to 4 inch, then the wastegate pipe merges in.
It previously made 760rwhp 740rwtq @19psi.
Tonight it made 760rwhp 777rwtq @19psi.
It didn't pick up any peak horsepower, but it gained torque, and through the midrange it's up about 100 rwhp/tq. (I think because the larger exhaust allowed the turbo to spool faster).
I also made a run at 11 psi, and it did-
614rwhp 587rwtq.
Intake temps were starting out at around 65 degrees, and ending up at 140 by the end of the run. I think I might try a larger air/air intercooler, or make the switch to air/water.

You should log the temps during a real run on the street/track before you switch up. Awesome numbers by the way.

Your making me want to start on my turbo kit.
Nice numbers!!!! My question is, what kind of clutch setup/tuning you have in it to hold all that insane power?

houseofboost- Thanks, but I've got no plans to sell the car.
Rob- Yeah, I will turn up the boost. Waiting for my new wideband. (last one died). Our cars made similar HP at the same boost level, but yours made alot more torque. I'm guessing your boost curve comes on faster because of the smaller exhaust housing. (more compression can't hurt either). It will be interesting to see how far you push that stock engine.
Y2K_WS6_T/A- I'm using a Mcleod street twin.
