the origional fuel pressure reference line is my boost gauge, fuel pressure ,hobbs switch source. there are a million nipples blocked off on a truck manifold. i also drilled and tapped the purge sol hole for my bov and the throttle blade bypass(pcv fresh air) for my wastegate. i also got super lucky at my local yard as they had a vacuum brake booster hose, because my donor was hydroboost and had a plug in the mani.

I had a 84 Regal. No turbo though I love G bodies. I'd love to have another one.

Any updates? I ordered a Aeroforce Inter, and I mounted turbo. Engine is idling rich. Is yours hooked up? The spot where the vacum breaks use to hook is open, but there seem to be no vacum leak.

just driving the wheels off of the thing mills. some of the truck intakes will have a plug in the brake opening (hydroboost). i was lucky and the only vortec in my local yard was a vac booster and i got the push fitting and the hose. this thing stops better than my gn but has big time brake fade. i have been messing with the greg banish 80 data and it won't allow me to idle under 2.0ms so i put my own modded data in and it idles much better. heat soak is a bitch so mount your iat out of the engine bay unless your gonna hose it down with meth i switched to a gn threaded one. also 3.5 inch single exhausts don't fit in a g body all that well. this thing is a beast. street tires really don't stand a chance and it feels like i need a converter big time. good luck and send some pics.

sorry no pics of the pump arrangement but i basically took the sender unit, measured the height, cut the send tube off, welded a rod to it, then mounted the pumps via hose clamp. i tacked the level sender and clamp to the rod. i then got a lightning y fitting off of ebay(life saver) and shoehorned the fitting and hoses with it.and yes carb fuel tank. there is a small basin in the tank. what a pain in the *** getting the whole rig in the tank though. i thought i had a bad pump and was dreading the swap but it turned out to be a cheap relay.gas gauge is a little funky but i think the digital dash ones allways were.

A 9" converter would be the right way to go.It's an important part of the combo.Maybe a good used one to keep the cost down.A reworked GN converter is cheap and they will go to 2800 - 3000 RPM.

it does swivel, even though it's straight, and it takes a old school thermostat. csr was the brand but i can't remember where i got it, pretty inexpensive given the problems it solved.
