Default new to prochargers, what pulley is this?

I know its a bad pic but im trying to figure this out quick. Is this the tensioner pulley? Its the pulley that is on the top of the j bend on my p1sc. The belt broke and i realized that this pulley is shot and its probably the culprit.

Where can i buy this pulley anyways?

THanks guys

alright so afastyzfr1 help me out a ton, but now I have another question. Why would the pulley come loose like that? Previous owner informed me that he had a problem in the past with it.

Don't over tighten the belt......but it needs to be tight, just not too tight

And maybe lock-tite the pulley? I never had a problem with the tensioner when I ran manual tensioner.

I hate that manual tensioner pulley, but I can't afford the SDCE to go in place of it.

FYI: I can't tell from your pic but some of the pulleys weren't hardened properly and were soft. As a result the belt would eat into the aluminum causing premature wear.

I have a D1 8 rib kit purchased from Bob at EPP in 2005. Bob provided me with the above information and told me to contact ATI. He personally had seen bad pulleys on some of his other customer cars. Since my kit was out of warranty ATI would not replace the pulley but they did knock off a considerable amount from list.

If your kit was built during the same time frame, it wouldn't hurt to call ATI and ask. You will need the SN when you call so ATI can determine the build date.

Were the P1 and D1 pulleys from the same vendor with the same hardending process? Call ATI and ask and see what they will do.

I doubt you will find any sponsor that will sell you the pulley cheaper than ATI.

Call ATI or Bob at Epp. Bob will give you the name to contact at ATI concerning this issue.
