Just curious, do you have pics of the dual in-tank fuel pump setup? I'm planning to do the same thing on my build but I've never seen it done on a thirdgen. I'm assuming its the same as a 4th gen but figured I'd ask. Thanks.

It was pretty basic, what I did was take the stock vent tube and cut it since it was 3/8s (used it to feed the second pump) then used the evap as a vent, then drilled a hole in the top and welded a 3/8 NPT fitting for my return

NOTE I only used zip ties to get them in place untill I bought gear clamps. I put a piece of rubber between the pumps and used a gear clamp to keep them secure.

That looks easy enough. How difficult was it to get that set up in the tank? I had enough difficulty with one pump.

Woot made some great progress! Steve was a huge help! Also Ben with wiggling the motor into place.

I have to wait for my Knock sensor seals to come in also, GM dealer would only sell the entire vally cover for 350 bucks! Ebay it was for 15 bucks shipped!

Tomorrow or monday will be finish/lay out the harness, put on all the accessories and all the turbo hot side.

I need to also cut the ugly RTV off once it is dry, I asnt gonna use it, but I had to clear the **** outta the timing cover to clear the oil pump with the spacers for the timing chain, so figured some rtv would help ensure it seals!

Well I spent one full night like 10h tracking down a No-fire issue, pulled the enitre harness back and everything was good, couldnt figure it out for the life of us. Last night I decided to re-route my ignition to my fuse panel for the PCM BAM fired up! Turned out the ignition wire I had it one was hot during crank!

So it now runs, just need to finish up some last minute wires on the interior and paint the front clip!

Pics and vid to come!

Just read through your build and saw all the pics. All I can say is I wish I had the time/ambition to finish my car like you did yours!

Thanks, it has taken me sooo much time and work and money hhaa.

I work alot of hours also, I usually work 10h a day 6 days a week then when I have time at home I work on the car. I would say at least 30H a week I work on it.

Cant wait to take her down the road this week!

Well we had it idling today, but wont idle for long, idles good at 14.7 for about 20-30 seconds then wants more fuel and goes lean and dies.it got late so im gonna mess with the table tomorrow.

Just to be sure since im speed density should I be adjusting the main VE table for the idle?

Here a some pics of pretty well finished product, need to move the Rad and Dp higher since I lowered the car.
