5.3 vs 5.7

Same mods, t70 turbo, 317 heads, ls1 cam, ls6 intake. Just different blocks. Lets say @ 10 psi, how much more power would the 5.7 put out?

Just guesstamating, figuring about 1 hp per cube na, going from 325 to 346=21ci x 1.66(NA+10psi of boost) about 35 more hp at the same mods and boost.

ive heard it said that a 5.3 will hold more boost because of a smaller piston area? any one have info on this?

smaller bore engines generally can be assumed to hold more boost at lower octane levels.

I was asking because a local fbody with a t76 broke off a 11.1 this weekend @ 7 psi, with a 5.3 on street tires. Im trying to gauge what I should be expecting with a t70 @ 10psi on a 5.7 :p
