Sold the car, but the build is in my sig. Could have got more hp if the fuel pressure would have held. It really needed a dual pump setup.

I dont know what psi, my boost gauge isn't reading. The 470 was made with a 6 rib and 3.5 combo in the video in my sig. I upgraded injectors and purchased a morgan motorsports crank pulley which is bigger and replaced the procharger pulley with a 3.2, i picked both up here in the classified section. Also swapped stock ls1 intake for a professional products setup with throttle body, it was cheap. Looking for 600 rwhp. Bob from epp has a post saying his D1 went from 7 psi to 15 psi with the mms crank pulley swap. I'm waiting for a retune and new dyno number when I get my car back, will post video of dyno. As far as the bypass, I don't know. I bought the system used but the valve looks like the small ati valve. I have a k&n attached to the bypass valve, vented to the clouds.

Not my car but setup is the same

what size pulleys come from ATI when you order the 6rib p1sc kit for a ls1 fbody? the 6psi kit version? im not at my car and wont be to measure my pulleys but thats the kit I ordered and I see 5.5psi roughly so its bout right, but as for measurements Im not sure.. Id like to go up to 10-12psi after the forged motor is built so what pulley size ill need then I have no idea haha!

I'm pretty sure it comes with a 3.4 pulley from procharger. Anything smaller will cause belt slip , so an overdrive crank pulley is the answer. Why build the motor when you can just add meth and find a good tuner!

I am making 550rwhp and 515 ft lbs. thru the th-400. Cam is a true baby boost cam 214/224 .563/.563 114LSA and the converter is a PTC 3800. I make around 8-9 psi with a 3.5"RR pulley and MMS crank pulley. Alky control Kit with 50/50 mix. Moser 12 bolt with 3.73's but soon going to some 3.08's! My compression ratio is 9.6:1 on the motor. Other mods and info in sig.
