Default is procharger fan wiring correct?

i have been told that the procharger wiring instructions for the fan causes the fan to spin in the opposite direction. has everyone seen this to be the case? maybe it was errors on their part but i have been told this more than once.

Yes it is wrong. I believe the Light Blue and White wires are positive's.

i don't even know how you tell if the fan is spinning the correct direction. it is hard to see when it is moving.

The fan should be pulling air through the radiator, not blowing into the radiator. Bob

My fan was blowing to the front of the car when I first wired it up with prochargers instructions. My temp would start to climb while driving but cool off at stop lights. One of my buddys is a smoker and we waited for the fans to turn on, he lit one up and the fan blew the smoke right in the front bumper. I think madice is right it's been a while since I've seen the wire colors but just flip flop the 2 wires coming out of the fan with the car harness.

Yes, I had to do the opposite of what the directions said. My car was overheating. It was pushing and not pulling.

Damn I need to check mine too. It seems to be running hot even with the Be Cool radiator I just put in.

I made my own fans, sheetmetal 8"spal and 16"zirgo, works perfect. Less than $200 any exhaust shop can mount the fans. I took the radiator assembly to them also

It should pull air through the radiator, not push air forward. I am not sure which direction that would be spinning off the top of my head.

I pulled my procharger fan for a 16" Zirgo along with a 9" Zirgo.
