Default Tuning my procharged trans am soon

I just ordered 60# injectors. I have a stock bottom end ls1 with roller rockers, exhaust, and ls6 intake. The fuel pump has been upgraded as well. I am pushing around 9lbs of pressure through the d1sc procharger. I'm just debating on whether i want methenal injection right now. So my question is if i get my car tuned without methanol injection and decide to put it on later would i have to get the car tuned again with the methenal injection.

depending where you put the spray jet and how big the jet is for the meth, stock bottom end..... just buy it and tune with it on the meth
alittle more room for error, in less you have a forged long block ready to go in

Where do you usually put the nozzle at for the meth. I see some have it right at the throttle body but i also read that you want it away from the maf so it can evaporate some. I'm just learning about methenal. I was looking at either the snow kit or the alky control

look up ais, (alcohol injection system)
you dont want it hitting the maf it really f.... with the tune,(let me tell ya) if you can go speed density and spray at the outlet of the intercooler,(assuming front mount) should have well enough time to cool/evap before reaching the intake.
if you spray right behind the maf 4-6 inchs from throttle body you will have to tune for it for sure, the tune in the car now will be pig fat

yes you would have to retune the car for timing when running a water/meth.

I would use 100% methanol when dealing with forced induction, as the water in the mixture tends to put the flame out. The amount of methanol used is minimal, and with an 100% mixture you'll have much better results. Bob

Use 100% meth. Definitely get the car re-tuned for the meth. You just have to decide how aggressive you want to get with it.

im running a similar setup and yes meth is the way to go to prolong the bottom end. Id end up buying the ais system before I buy the snow system again I had problems with the fittings breaking and falling apart. Im only running 5-7lbs but I wanna turn it up to 10-12lbs just to see what happens and how long she'll stay together.
