I will have snap some pics for you to better explain but here is how I did it

I new the shape of the lower hose and sizes I needed the ends to be so I went to Autozone and they let me in the back to look at all the hoses they had. I found one that would work with some trimming and bought that.

The upper hose is half the stock hose and a scrap from the new lower hose. I used the stock part from water pump too the steering cooler with piece of metal pipe then the 90* part from the lower hose I trimmed off

Well got some more done tonight. Got all the fuilds filled. Reinstalled rear bumper and some other misc stuff. Got the car back on the ground and drove it out of the garage today.

Then I loaded the car up on the trailer to take it to work tomorrow to align if and go over things on the lift at work.

Then I have a few things to do yet. Need to find a air filter that will fit. Also need to find some sort of muffler just to take the edge off. It is pretty loud and dumped right at the drivers feet

Well I need to thank Fireball and 1fastbird for helping me out. Fireball for donating his 7 second muffler and 1fastbird for his pick-up, delivery, and welding services tonight.

Well lets back track a couple days. Took the car into work and got it aligned and worked on some wiring for gauges

Brought the car home Thursday night and got all the charge pipes on and got things ready to reinstall the front facia.

Tonight I installed the front facia and tied up all the loose ends under the hood. Also installed my new air filter and all the inner fender liners

Chad (1fastbird) then showed up with Fireballs old muffler which was complete with some bends and a v band minus a section cut out of it. We cut this section out of it and rotated the orientaion of the pipes and welded them back together and it fit perfect.

Chad welding up the exhaust

I will try and get a pic of the exhaust tomorrow. I have one more door pannel left to install and some new power and grounds to the gauges to run and I am ready for tunning

Nice. Chad and I couldn't believe how perfect it once we chopped out that section.

Car is still really loud with it on while driving. I think I am gonna have to work on running the exhaust out the back to make it bearable on the street.

Well car is 99% ready for Ocean City cruise weekend. Got the exhaust done. Moved the trans cooler and reinstalled the Meth tank. All I have to do is button up a few interior things and I am ready to go. After OCMD I need to install my 2 step and get a new 5 point harness then I will be ready for the track.

Looks SWEET!! that is the best decision you could've made for that car.. to go from a parasitic power sucking supercharger to a free energy power turbo charger.. you will NEVER go that route again. But when your all done make sure you tell us witch one you think is the better power adder. But im sure I already know that answer

Are you using the BMR turbo K member? I've looked through the thread, and didnt see where you mentioned it. I'm getting ready to do the exact same thing with my setup, and I'm worried about the downpipe routing.

What k member do you have now? If you still have the stock one and don't want to change it. The spohn solid mounts will easily fit a 4" downpipe......

I'm 99% sure he has the turbo k member.

I have the regular BMR k member. The only differences I see are the side mounts being bent for the turbo vs straight for the non turbo.

Yep it is a BMR turbo k member. I sold my Spohn K member off and got this when I switched from Procharged to Turbo. There is SOOOOO much more room with the turbo k member

I sense a bit of a negative tone towards superchargers lol. Did they kick your dog or something...?

Looks good Dan.

Pretty bold statement I agree... Dont know the car used to be quite the street car to fear when it was a supercharged car. Now it never sees the street.. So plus one for parasitic loss here...
