With free flowing muffs, I'd guess about 9 psi. I had a 5.3L with 220 cam and 2.8" pulley that made 9psi. Smaller cam with a few more cubes ought to be in the same neighborhood boost wise.

Check out his other videos to see how it hits off idle. Good luck getting a centri to behave like that.

It's a stock long block 80K mile 5.3 w/ a 224º cam and shorty headers. Belt slippage from 9-5# made 380hp / 447ft-lbs. Better belt made boost only fall to 7, then it made 425hp / 488ft-lbs. Put gatorback belt on it and it doesn't slip any more. So it should be 470hp / 520ft-lbs.

It's a 4L60E with a 2800 stall convertor w/ 3.73 gears on a 28" tall rear tire.

It's a blast to drive around. A real tire fryer.

You can hear as the whine levels out that the belt is slipping, not the belt squealing or anything like that. The crank is pinned on the car. That pull was with the boost dropping from 9-5. The audible drop off isn't as bad now but I've only really heard it coming a couple of times from a distance. I don't have a boost gauge in it yet.

This is my favorite clip. At the beginning, you can hear him just blip the throttle. The response of this car is like a direct connection between your foot and the tires smoking. It's much more responsive than the same blower on my 5.7 GTO w/ 6 speed.

I have a 112 on an LS1 with a 3.0 pulley in a corvette.
90mm TB with polished TB and snout
It made 433rwhp through a 2800 stall vigilante TC
The rear gears are 342's I run M/T drag radials
Best time was 11.22@123 W/1.51 60' With 10lbs of boost
I ran an 11.54 @ 114 w/ 1.57 60' with 5 lbs of boost

Steve

i have. i havent had a good pass though on spray. it just spins leaving or the clutch gives when it hooks. it has been 7.50's on motor at 95 mph with 1.70's 60 fts and 7.40's at 102 mph on spray with 2.2's 60 fts. it should go some 7.30's on motor if i could get the 60ft down and prolly some 6.70's on spray. 100 shot

Mine was the same on all primary components but with a standard, non HH, MP112. Made 465RWHP at 7psi with an M6.

New TVS1900 with a more conservative tune and 9psi makes 486/488RW. AFR is 11.2:1 above 4600RPM for safety. The car is used a bunch on road courses so it's better to be safe than sorry. Andrew at Magnuson did the tune.
