-----What should I know before Tune ?????
My car is about to get tuned at Force Fed performance in Sacramento CA ,....wanting to see if theirs something I should know before i get tuned or what questions i should ask ?....
I have the stock 346 t60 .96a/r , just patriot valves, springs, pushrods kit, walbro pump 255, 42 lbs injectors they have a mustang dyno....
what should my afr be?
what should my timing be ?
what is a speed density 2bar tune ?
PSI= ------------------- 8
Timing=-----------------?
Octane=----------------91, its the only one we have in california
AFR=-------------------??
HP=--------------------???
Turbo or SC=-----------t60 .96 a/r
Stock Head Gasket=----stock
Head Studs or Bolts=---stock

T60?? I hope this is a rear mount setup.
AFR should be around mid 12.5ish in boost(maybe a little richer) and 14.6 N/A.
Timing is going to depend on alot of factors. I can get away with 17* on 90 octane. Some people can do more, some can do less.
Speed density gets rid of the MAF and uses IAT, o2s, MAP for tuning. The 2 Bar MAP allows you to read boost. A stock 1 bar can only read up to atmosphere ie vacuum. The 2 bar will allow you to read 14.7psi.
Also I would go with atleast 60#ers, 42# should be fine but I like not making them work as hard. Im running 8psi but Im running 2 walbros, 1 should suffice but its a nice insurance policy.

Since your broke, I'd have them shoot for 11.00 afr ratio if not a little richer. Keep it safe till you can afford repairs or upgrades. Injectors are small. I have them on my mustang, they are limited to 560 rwhp. I have a pt64 on my Mustang, great for daily driving. An a pt67 used to be on Camaro, Should spool pretty fast be greatly limited on power though.
I went 10.44 at 132.49 mph with the pt67 maxed out with stock short block and truck heads with truck manifold kit.

42s are great for 500ish HP N/A but a turbo needs alot more fuel in proportion to air. I have 60s in mine and I'm having a tough time at 12 psi. I'm sending them in soon to get the 80 lb mod. are you running a Boost referenced regulator? that will help tuning alot as well. if you are on a stock shortblock then richer will keep it safer so that will demand more injector and fuel pump. so the 42s are already a no brainer bad choice. if you do decide to keep the 42s try to stay away from anything over 5 psi.

yeah im not going to be taking the car to the track or anything maybe get on it a couple times
so then my future mods will be :
-60 lbs inj
-eboost 2
-another walbro
-317's to lower comp
- arp head studs
-and a tc76

things get really hot on a dyno. make sure your cooling system is top notch, nothing is going to melt/catch on fire etc. just make sure you tell the tuner that you want it reliable, even if you have to sacrifice a few HP. you dont want it on the ragged edge just waiting to blow up

well as far a mechanially sound they installed the turbo system, everything looks fine they moved the fuel lines and brake lines so ther not close to the hot pipeing ill post some pics to see what u guys think

these are the only ones i have for now.... but one of the raidiator hoses is pretty close to the down pipe like 1.5 to 2 inches away, should i wrap the rubber hose or both the dp and hose ?
