Some very helpful information in this thread for those of us currently in a turbo build. I too have the Magnafuel 4303 pump, but I plan on running 93 pumpgas so it sounds like the pump will be adequate for me. I can see that I need to go ahead and upgrade my 60# injectors...
Thanks for taking to time to share your build and your success. It helps motivate those of us who still have a ways to go on our projects.

yeah i hope this helps. here is the information ive gathered.

4303 magnafuel pump pairs great with 100lb injectors(ford 80lbers) on E85. when the pump maxes out the injectors will also be around 90%. this is boost referenced. My next step is to no reference the regulator. Plus now i need a bigger pump or maybe a second 4301. Either way the 4303 was a big disappointment. Another similar setup on a different car had the same issue at the same power level.

Default Nice set up. Can you tell me some more?

Im running e85 as well with dual walbros and stock lines no return up front, and 96lb. Injectors... only pushed up to 11lbs and 15degs timing so far so good, but im sure im prob only good to about 750rwhp with my fuel setup on e85

Thanks
Sounds like you have a nice set up on your fuel system. I'm trying to set up a budget system similar to yours. I'd like to try to utilize dual walbros and my stock lines to feed a stock LS3 intake/rails(ie - avoid the big $$ pump/SS braided lines/aftermarket fuel rails/etc.). It sound like you've successfully done what I'd like to do. Can you tell me what brand injectors you're running? Are you happy with them? Do you know what duty cycle they're at for the 11 lbs and 15 degs you ran? What RWHP were you at for that set up? Thanks!

So what is the general concensus on this? Are the L92 heads sufficient enough to make 900-1000 HP without pushing water on a non-filled block? I would love to run L92's on my upcoming build but worried about the thin deck on them and having head gasket issues.

id say 18psi with the block oringed with some mls.....yes it will work. remember if you had a 6 speed you would make 1000rwhp easy. th400 id say 850-900rwhp would be possible without any issues.

I'd like to see a comparison with a similar motor with thick deck aftermarket heads and no O rings or filled block.Great info and amazing #s.I'm surprized the half filled block wasn't more of a heating problem.I figured it was a track only deal.
