Default RIP Jim Summers of ProCharger

Some folks have probably have probably heard already that Jim Summers finally lost his battle with cancer. Jim was with ProCharger and before that he was in Chicago with ASSC.

Jim was a great guy always ready with great advice whether it was technical or personal. Jim will be greatly missed, but is no longer in pain. Rest in peace Jim.

That is a shame to hear, Jim was a great guy.
I bought a few Procharger kits from him when he was still at ASSC, and he was very helpful. We talked shop for an hour when I picked up the order and he is the type of guy that will be missed by all that knew him.
At least he is no longer in pain, God bless him and his family.

I know you're doing some burnouts for us up there in heaven. Sorry to hear of his passing.

I met jim in 1995 because my college roommate was with him in the navy. He then started working for ASSC racing. Definitely a pioneer in supercharger and early mustant Pro 5.O competition. He was always helpful, smiling, and friendly..R.I.P

It started out as lymphatic cancer and spread from there.
