APS - Megasonic BOV Fitment
Bumper is making contact with the Megasonic BOVs just enough to cause problems. Its contacting the BOV where the vaccum line is ran and is hitting the lower bumper valance.
How have people installed their Megasonic BOV's to fit without any bumper contact.
Thanks

JM you are still alive havent seen you on here in some time LOL.
but on topic, im looking at just doing one 50mm BOV before the TB just to keep things simple. and its cheaper. less vaccum lines the better in my book , less likey to get a leak that way i guess just my 2 cents

Ive been good guys. My job has taken so much of my time for the last year I kinda just lurk. Started working on my Z06 now. Shouldnt be too much longer. You can go with one but you will have to make sure you have enough bypass thru the BOV inorder to not get compressor surge. HAHA I always liked doing a burnout at the track and letting off and hearing the woosh sound.

I ended up using a 90 degree fitting off the end of the megasonic so that the only part touching the bumper was the elbow and this allowed the hose to keep from pinching shot. It was an earls fitting, 984206 if I remember correctly but it was a while ago so you might want to measure before you take my word for it.
