Besides 6 cubes whats the difference?

assuming both are ~4" bore and 3.622 stroke? If so, 364 will have stronger cylinder walls.

Yep fireball both would be stock crank, forged rods and forged boost pistons.....364 would be stronger under high boost then

Only marginally. Your crank would likely fail way before the .030 would make a difference.

I would trade the .5-1hp difference from the extra 6ci for the additional strength (even if its only a little) the any day of the week

Well im trying to save.money as much as possible if 6 inches would only make 1 more hp im good

My point was that if you have a 364 that doesn't need bored, then don't bore it. If you have a 370 in good shape, then don't go thru the trouble to try to find a new block.

You never specified iron or aluminum block. Typically if you see an engine advertised as a 364 or 365 it's an aluminum block LS2 at standard bore or .005" over. If you see a 370 it's usually an iron block becuase most builders bore them .030" over. This might not always be the situation but is what i've seen looking around at various companies.

^^^this, if its a 370 iron block, id go for that. For obvious reasons, it will be stronger, but will be heavier as well.
