You can run the bigger cubes I had 408 and going to ERL as you can see. Of course if you up the power it gets hard to hook up , my car laughs at nitto 555R it didn't do very good with the toyo tq either. But was only running 275/40/17 sizes. I might try the new nitto 05R for awhile but also have set of et street radials again 275/40/17 that haven't tried yet. Heck even at low boost getting like 600 rwhp thru the auto the car was hard to hook ,with the six speed it would spin first, second part of third. Auto simlar.
I am going to boost by gear or can go boost by rpm or by time options on the eboost2.
I also cam considering a high end add on traction control by racelogix talked to few guys that like them and are running them one on this forum. And my suspension is high end with strange da front and back etc, but have to dial it in better.

The beauty of turbo cars is you can dial up or down the power easiliy and ramp in the boost by rpm, gear ,etc. So with a 427 could run like 5psi springs or 2 or whatever and they just go to 10psi ramped in. Not that big a deal.Bigger engines are better off boost and on. Bigger engines spool up the turbos quicker broadening the power band. Bigger engines have way better area under the curves. Sure you can make big power fi with stock cube or even 5.3 whatever but I find most of the time in tow and even on the highway not even on boost. And the cars are heavy and not really running that much gearing only 3.54 so nice to have more torque and all that off boost to get the car moving. And I just like the sound"427" LOL fact likely getting a z06 and will have another 427 in my stable and already have a 7.4...but its in my 10,000 pound motorohome! LOLthinking of turboing that with a rear mount. Motorhomes should come factory turboed or supercharged they really could use it.

Give more updates on the 427 ERL upgrade in a month or so hopefully. Should be here in week or two.Intstalled in few more.

So while the 427 can make huge power no reason he has to run it at 20psi.And no reason for 427 to hurt drivetrain if you have good stuff like 9 inch, good 4l80,driveshaft etc.
I don't expect problems from my dana 60, top of line rpm 4l80 and also think getting cf driveshaft.Had one previously and really liked it .Smooth as glass to 180 mph.

I agree! You can always turn it down. The customer will be happier for sure with the larger turbo's. Best of luck
