First of all, DAMN! That is some legit **** right there! Congratz
I am a little perplexed as to why you shelled out the dough for a Beck intake and not aftermarket heads I wonder if you had done the opposite, how much results would of varied... I would feel totally uncomfortable with even a stock casting head, much less the amount of pressure untouched stock heads (and just 317's at that!) are creating at your boost and power levels. Seems to me lifting is eminent, but maybe I'm wrong or overlooking something..
Again, not trying to cast any sort of a negative shadow. Your results speak for themselves greatly. Just wondering what is gonna keep those heads held down? Any future plans for different heads?

i believe that a good tuner is a most, i give all the credit to Joe over LMR. im the kind of guy that wont fix whats not broken, i have no intensions of swapping heads at this point; i had the opportunity to try this new intake that John Beck designed, im just amazed of the difference it made, truly i had never believe that this combination would make this power!!!
Engine has been very reliable from day one, zero issues... im pretty sure that with a good set of heads it has the potential to make more power or even, same power with less boost.
how reliable is this set up? i dont know....
i guess time will tell, zero issues so far, all i can say is that im very happy with car, it puts a big smile on my face every time i drive it!!!
i certainly not trying to prove any points, or claim any records and stuff doing it with stock ****, im just saying that this **** is working for me so far
ill keep u guys updated
thanks
Cesar

I don't really think lifing will be an issue as long as the tune is right and the fuel supply doesn't run out. Course any kind of detonation will most likely be a huge issue. I've been running 23PSI with no issues at all. I'd feel comfortable going to 25PSI on my setup if I had enough injector. I run ARP studs and a good quality head gasket. Nothing exotic either.

well... i guess im ready for round 3....
it did not lift a head, It ACTUALLY DEVELOPED A CRACKED ON CYLINDER #1 about 3in long.
Block was a 6.0 lt iron, bore right at 4.030.
i expected a head-headgasket issue before something like this would had happened. cracked right at the front of the block, ill try to get some pics later.
im trying to make decision on a diff block; i have a few options: 6.0 aluminum, 6.2 aluminum or lsx block (which i found an excelent deal on)
im also contemplating going with diff heads and cam.
for weight purposes i like the idea of the aluminum block but i dont want to compromised strength, how far can your pushed this blocks and be reliable ??? erl or diff sleeves are out of the question
any inputs will be appreciated, thanks

I think it's a BAD idea to try to run that much boost power on pump gas. It will get you every time. I would save the higher boosst levels for race-leaded fuel. The set up sounds great, just use better fuel. Btw I run Johns intake too.

yes, there was some signs of detonation, i was expecting head-head gasket issues before doing this.
