How should I fuel this beast? A 255 walbro? Someone also mentioned a racetronix setup.
Since you said you want to do the 700hp instead of the 500hp, I would do Dual Walbro 255's and 80lb injectors.

Running the stock TH350 until it blows then I guess a th400 or hopefully a 6 speed.

Definitely going to keep it in the 450-500hp range for a while though, all I have ever had were mild bolt on cars and lately I have been rolling in a lifted F250. Jumping straight up to 700hp would not be a smart idea for me.

Just curious guys how am I suppose to oil the turbo? Or is it self contained? None of the build threads I have looked at ever mentioned anything about oil. Should be picking up my motor tomorrow(LQ4).

Man you've got a lot to learn about Turbo charging lol you need to find a pressure source and plumb it into the center section of the Turbo, also need a drain to the oil pan.

That's what I thought lol, just thought it was weird since no one mentioned anything about it in any of the builds.

dude, you need to do some research, if you dont know how you get oil into a turbo, or where the BOV or WG goes, you dont need to be trying to turbo your car

DO NOT RUN A CHEAP WASTEGATE!!!!! i used a JGS 60mm wastegate on my last setup. A good buddy of mine just popped his 4G63T motor because he used a cheap Egay gate and it seized shut.

Oh ok, I guess I got them mixed up. Is it the BOV you can go kinda cheap on? Just realized I already had a Tial 38mm Wastegate already picked out.

Tial 38 is perfect. cheap BOV is fine as it is the least precise component. but why go cheap when you can go quality. i used a Tial Q and a JGS 60mm

How IN THE HELL do you find a '80-'81 Turbo TA in this day and age with the 301 and the garbage that goes with it intact? I know it's junk but, kinda funny(and cool) to see such "fossils". LOL March on with the project.
