I like the stock lid with the intake coming out of it. Well, I like the whole kit really.

thats the water pump, the turbo is gravity drain. and i dont have an oil cooler, thats the water cooler for the intercooler heh.

yes we do need more boost.. workin on that currently

thanks for the info matt, i guess ill be orderin one of those slim tachs to sit in front of the stocker

intimd8 i know your car ran awesome with the 1.32 but i really dont see how i would beneifit on this system.. max hp is allready at max rpm.. i'd think the even larger a/r would only slow spool.?

Great job David. I don't hold George in near the high regard as you do but the kit looks nice and seems to be performing. I also like the fact that you are trying to get a good tune for 93 octane. You have had 4 turbo kits now!!!! That's gotta be a record (counting incomplete incon). Hopefully this kit will be what you have wanted and you can finally be happy about your car

How much are your IAT's going up during a pull?

I think that's a very respectable number for 93 octane.

Congrats MM. That's a very nice looking street tune on 92 octane. It definitely has coming up with the next round of fuel choices.

MM: Dave...

No I'm not trying to be your friend.

You surely have found (financed) a great-looking kit. It just goes to show, that when one throws caution (and money) to the wind, one gets the results for which one has been searching. $50k is a great deal.... four kits, two engines, two sets of heads, four cams, all told (don't reply, we're all tired of your less-than-candid stories). The Gen VII was an excellent choice. I live less than a mile from the developers of that kit. Been very impressed with their technology. That's why it's under my hood.

I am certainly happy for you. I hope that your vehicle can help you see the tail-lights of the two headliner turbo cars on this board... One being more ego than car, and one being more car than ego... "You make the call"

Oh, and RICE ETR: .....

That is all...

Ease up a bit.

Since you've been giving it to Detroit's fastest for awhile, or so i remember reading somewhere, we can all play together.

just to clarify, i sold the past three kits i have had for a total of about 12 grand & also the current motor was free thanks ARE and of course came with a free cam... and certainly not throwing caution to the wind.. oh and my thread, i get to reply.

i dont care if im not the fastest car, all i know is it gets me from A to B

also: car just did 680 on 13psi.

with cold water the temps on the pump gas went from 50-60* and with ice the temps went from 40-50* on that latest run, graph up soon.

680 at 13 psi!!!!! Cool! I hope my incon can get me 625-650 at 13psi but don't think it's gonna happen on 92 octane. Wonder what it'd do on one of Rob's alky kits?? I think i will get one. How do you like the Turbosmart boost contoller? it's the electronic one like Rob sells? I am curious as to how you get it to give you different boost in each gear.
