FINALLY A TURBO ON THE PASSENGER SIDE I AM SOLD How much for the race system? I don't need a fuel system as I already have a good one from my ATI.
Looks awesome, awesome numbers too. I have the AC delete going now I just need a turbo to go there.

Is Turbo Tech going to release these to the public? Is that a 80mm turbo?
Thanks,
J

absolutely.. they have the top shot on their website

www.turbotechnologyinc.com

from what i understand, the pipes are all about even with where the bottom of a stock k member would be.

I'm confused. Turbo Tech built it, or you built it? Either way, it looks great.

A few questions:

1. What size turbo?
2. What compression?
3. What other mods? heads, cam, exhaust, etc.?
4. Does it eliminate the Air Conditioning? or Power Steering?
5. LS1 Edit? and who tuned it?

That's all for now. Impressive first go-round.

I see you have some sweet heads and a custom cam also, along w/ the gen 7 dfi, I didnt see any bore or stoke done but its safe to say your engine is NOT a stock set up, damn those numbers are good on 93 octane, you think you'll get an extra 100 hp and tq off the 114 race gas?

lets see:

turbotech built it.. just like the production kit they will be releasing.. but for stock k member cars it will be a 3" downpipe far as i know.

stock crank, stock displacement (stock bore/stroke)

92 octane cuz thats what they have in washington.. and its a daily driver.

those pulls were on water only, no ice

power steering is in stock spot.. a/c is replaced by the turbo of course.. george mentioned relocating the compressor, but it would really ugly up the engine bay so i didnt bother... never used the dang thing anyhow.

i'm gonna put a call into ARE tomorrow to see how far they advise i go on the hp.. all i know is we will see.

george set up the dfi and like i said had 6 pulls total on the car before he called me tonight.

Where would george locate the A/C compressor? Same place the alternator is on there street kit? Thats the only thing stoping me from switching to the race kit. I need A/C here in florida.
