5.3, boost cam, w/MP70, 10psi, 6-speed. Will I see 500Hp at the wheels?

As long as everything is fabbed properly and effecient, yes it will no doubt.
Here's my dyno runs with my old LQ4 with stock 317 heads, mild cam with a mpt76 turbo custom front mount...
6speed, 4.10's, 10 Bolt, 28x13.5 Tires, Spec 3+ Clutch
9psi - 565rwhp/556rwtq
15psi - 786rwhp / 7xxrwtq (don't have dyno sheet)
I was TOLD by the new owner of my SS..
20psi - 866rwhp ??? I havent confirmed that yet tho.

That is totally irrelevant to the 5.3L with a 70mm. A bigger turbo is going to make more power at lower boost levels. Bigger cubes and more compression also.

Read his POST, he is using a 5.3 with 243 heads. 37 more cubes and 6mm bigger turbo is not going to matter that much.

Foose, thank you for the dyno graph, Holly crap! Maybe I should scale back the boost. This set-up is going in a 2400lbs street car.
Newbee question still out there, do I match the WG & BOV with the same lbs spring or should one be slightly larger as a back up safety?

cubic inch difference and a half a point of compression does make a difference. Comparing an LS2, bigger turbo....ect. irrelevant. Its like saying a car with a 400+ci w/ a 88mm makes 1000whp this should make 500 no prob. Dumb logic.

How is my feedback irrelevant? I posted the results of a very similar setup I built. You shouldnt let a simple post affect you so emotionally. I'll watch what I say so people like you dont start cutting themselves. Sorry....end of this conversation and back to the subject.

To your above statement on cubic inch, I can't even respond to the ignorance in that statement. So stupid. When you actually build a setup, drive it, dyno it, etc etc, then maybe your input with have relevance... next drive thru please.. BTW, Packers suck and the road stops Sunday for them..
I think it would be close, 10psi im going to guess 450-475whp. My friends 5.3 w/ a MP70 on it , stock 99 LS1 cam, 317 heads, stock LS1 intake, custom headers, 6-speed, I was guessing 550whp on 15psi on 93 octane.
We switched it over to E85 and then the new RAM powergrip HD couldnt hold it after that.
But I was tuning it and we started off at 5psi, then 10, and then 15. It was quite a noticeable difference going from 10 to 15psi.

BOV spring pressure all depends on how much vacuum your motor is pulling at idle. Figure this out, narrow your decision on which valve to purchase, and find out if the supplied spring pressure is adequate for your idle vacuum. The Tial 50mm unit is a nice piece IMO.
