My goal is modest, I would like to see 500hp at the wheels. What PSI do I need to run to see that number. BTW, all aluminum 5.3, 243 heads, LS9 injectors, dual 255 pumps, LS6 intake, 85mm TB, 2003 Z06 exhaust manifolds, small baby cam (212/216 on a 114 lsa if my memory serves right). All running through a 6 speed. Will 10psi get me there?

Ok.... 2 yes, 1 no, and one maybe. That makes it much clearer.

Keep'em coming! Thx for the answers so far.

the power it makes at 10psi of boost is dependent on how much it makes NA. how much do you think it makes NA? 360???

cos 350 * (24.7/14.7) = 588 flywheel

588 flywheel would be right at 500rwhp. He could go up 1-2lbs and hit his mark with ease.

332hp (according to GMparts warehouse)
40hp cam ??
10hp LS6 intake
10hp cat deletes
5hp better flow Z06 exhaust manifolds
5hp PS delete

So long story short, even though the numbers above are higher, I would say 370-375 crank would be close.

Personally I think you will be in the low to mid 600's bhp and 520-530rwhp.

I think it would be close, 10psi im going to guess 450-475whp. My friends 5.3 w/ a MP70 on it , stock 99 LS1 cam, 317 heads, stock LS1 intake, custom headers, 6-speed, I was guessing 550whp on 15psi on 93 octane.
We switched it over to E85 and then the new RAM powergrip HD couldnt hold it after that.

But I was tuning it and we started off at 5psi, then 10, and then 15. It was quite a noticeable difference going from 10 to 15psi.

To a degree that is true but its all about the variables. I had a 252 Cubic inch six cyl that made about 290 HP...in NA trim

It made about 1400 HP with about 20 pounds of boost...GT4788 will do that.

Its really about cfm of air the device will put out......that dictates the power

As long as everything is fabbed properly and effecient, yes it will no doubt.

Here's my dyno runs with my old LQ4 with stock 317 heads, mild cam with a mpt76 turbo custom front mount...

6speed, 4.10's, 10 Bolt, 28x13.5 Tires, Spec 3+ Clutch

9psi - 565rwhp/556rwtq
15psi - 786rwhp / 7xxrwtq (don't have dyno sheet)

I was TOLD by the new owner of my SS..

20psi - 866rwhp ??? I havent confirmed that yet tho.

Well, you are talking about 2 totally different platforms. I can guarantee you that little 6 cylinder is not making 1100hp at 6k rpm like our ls motors. More like 8000/8500rpm. Spin them puppies hard to make that much power. just my .02.....

BTW, no offense to the guy that posted that, but I doubt it made that kind of power on 20psi, maybe 30+.
