I used nylon 1/4 od pneumatic tubing and legris style push to connect fittings.

Easy to run, pretty cheap, clean looking...etc

I heard of people running some sort of nylon tubing. It seems very strong. Is the silicone tubing from RPS any good? The rubber stuff I used was starting to crack and I need something that is strong and will last a while and not have to worry about.

I would use braided nylon SS line with AN fittings. Never have to worry about a line blowing off. Only downside is the cost.

no no no. goto the section that says "turbos and stuff", and they have push lock fittings and hoses, like ping king mentioned above.

Phil do you have a part number on the actual tubing needed? And will this stuff work with normal pushlock fittings? Seems like the Nylon would be pushing it with the heat range.

You just have to watch the hardness of the tubing. Some tubing that is too soft requires the use of a bard. rather than a compression or push to connect fitting.

i'd just use the RPS stuff, the only person i've seen have a problem was someones wastegate signal hose was running 2" or so from the down pipe and it melted.

Tial stuff is a straight metric thread with a sealing washer
