You are correct on the 99-02 PCM's. Worm Boy is dealing with a newer stock PCM that appears to be limited to 25 psi. I'm not familiar with the newer stock computers though.

Ok, so i should be ok to about 30lbs?

Not trying to be rude, but it seems that you have A LOT to learn before you go trying to jump into a 2000hp build.

8.1x on a stock ecu here with only 20psi. I know for a FACT that we could have pushed it into the 7's with more more outing.

im sure that is why he is asking questions here. can it be done. yes, it appears you can. i will follow the heard and say it takes a lot of effort to get a 2000 hp car down the track successfully, you will be missing a lot of the controls needed using the stock ecm. think about it you will have more money in your injectors then what is controlling them. how ever i say go for it and report back here with what you find.

May I suggest climbing the ladder to a 7 sec car? I think going from a 12 to a 7 is a dangerous idea.

Im got my 5.3l vortec 05 gmc sierra 1500 motor built and i put in 11 to 1 compression pistons and a 610 cam with roller rock will a stock ecm handle it
